Singing Through Doubt

You start to sing and your mind gets loud.

"Was that too flat?" "Do I sound okay?" "Did I mess that up?"

The voice is trying to come out. But the thoughts won't sit still.

1. Doubt Means You Care

You feel doubt because you're paying attention. That means you're aware, not wrong.

But when the thoughts get louder than the sound, you disconnect from what's actually happening.

You can't solve doubt by arguing with it. Telling yourself to calm down usually makes it worse.

The way forward is through the body. Get grounded again.
